Banana & Peanut Butter Roll Ups
Ingredients:
Tortillas
Peanut Butter
Bananas
Instructions:
Spread peanut butter over the entire surface of one side of your tortilla.
Place the banana around the center of the tortilla and wrap the tortilla around the banana.
Slice your wrap into about 1-inch pieces
Some Variations to Try:
Spread honey over the peanut butter before placing the banana down.
Use Nutella instead of peanut butter.
Add jelly to your peanut butter.
Sprinkle chocolate chips in the peanut butter before rolling up the banana.
Use almond or cashew butter instead of peanut butter.

Apple Sandwiches
Ingredients:
Apple
Peanut butter
Granola
Toothpick
Instructions:
First, core your apple and then slice it so that the slices are shaped like “O”s.
Spread peanut butter on one side of two apple slices.
Sprinkle granola on one of the apple slices and then place the other apple slice to make a sandwich. The layers will be: apple, peanut butter, granola, peanut butter, apple.
Some Variations to Try:
Add mini chocolate chips to the granola.
Drizzle your apple sandwiches with honey or caramel.
Use almost or cashew butter instead of peanut butter.
Use pears instead of apples.

Fruit and Cracker Pizzas
Ingredients:
A variety of fruit.
RITZ crackers
Cream cheese spread
Instructions:
Slice up the fruits into small chunks.
Spread your choice of cream cheese on one side of the cracker.
Top the cracker and cream cheese with the sliced fruit.
Avocado Toast
Ingredients:
Bread of your choice
Avocado
Toppings of your choice
Instructions:
Toast a slice of bread.
Slice up an avocado and place thin slices along the bread (or mash up the avocado and spread it over bread if you prefer).
Top your avocado toast with seasoning and toppings of your choice.

A fried egg, bacon and cheese
Blueberries, pumpkin seeds, and honey
Sundried tomatoes, feta cheese, and olives
Pear slices, blue cheese, and walnuts
Cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil leaves, and balsamic glaze
