TikTok Shop GMV Contest

The 2026 TikTok Shop GMV Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Tavana Marketing LLC, doing business as Mr. Pen ("Mr. Pen," "we," "us"). Questions can be sent to affiliates@mrpen.com.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok. By participating, you release TikTok from any liability related to the Contest.

The Contest runs from November 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT through January 31, 2027 at 11:59 PM PT (the "Contest Period"). Only sales made during the Contest Period count toward the GMV targets.

To take part you must:

• be an active, approved TikTok Shop US affiliate (creator) for Mr. Pen in good standing
• be at least 18 years old
• be a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia

Employees of Mr. Pen, its affiliates and agencies, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

There is no separate sign-up. Post videos or run livestreams during the Contest Period that tag shoppable products from the Mr. Pen TikTok Shop. Your normal affiliate commission is paid as usual; Contest prizes are in addition to commission.

Each person may participate with one TikTok account only. GMV from multiple accounts cannot be combined.

"GMV" means the gross merchandise value of Mr. Pen products sold through the Mr. Pen TikTok Shop and attributed to your affiliate account during the Contest Period, as reported in Mr. Pen's TikTok Shop Seller Center, net of refunds, returns and cancellations. GMV does not include taxes or shipping fees.

The following do not count: purchases by you or on your behalf, purchases you fund or reimburse, and any sales Mr. Pen reasonably believes are fraudulent, artificial or in violation of TikTok's policies. Mr. Pen's Seller Center data is final in determining GMV.

Prizes are cumulative. If your net GMV reaches a higher tier, you also win every tier below it (for example, reaching $75K wins the samples, the Selah trip, the iMac and the Disney trip). There is no limit on the number of winners. Each tier can be won once per person. The total approximate retail value (ARV) of all four tiers is about $10,500.

ARV: about $500. Mr. Pen premium product samples: a Darkmode Bible, a Custom Bible (winner chooses the design), a DIY Girls Kit, Spiral Bibles, Bible Bags and Better Way Planners.

Samples ship to a US address only, as soon as you reach $1.5K in GMV during the Contest Period and as each product becomes available. Products that have not yet been released ship when they are released. There is no cash alternative for this tier.

A trip for the winner only to the Mr. Pen Selah Conference: Bibles on the Bayou, March 15–16, 2027, in Lafayette, Louisiana. The prize includes:

• One 2-day conference ticket (retail value $349)
• 3 nights of hotel at Tru by Hilton Lafayette River Ranch, booked by Mr. Pen
• Breakfast at the hotel, lunch at the conference, and dinner at the Monday and Tuesday night events
• The swamp tour with conference attendees
• Travel: reimbursement of up to $500 for round-trip airfare into Lafayette Regional Airport (LFT), or a flat $250 driving reimbursement. Airfare is reimbursed after travel with receipts.

Not included: ground transportation, meals other than those listed, incidentals, and any other expenses. If the winner cannot attend the conference dates, the trip is forfeited and cannot be moved to a later date; the winner may choose the cash alternative instead when claiming.

ARV: about $1,300 (conference ticket $349, hotel about $400, airfare reimbursement up to $500, meals and swamp tour about $50), or about $1,050 with the driving reimbursement. Cash alternative: $500.

One new Apple iMac with the M6 chip. If that model is unavailable, Mr. Pen will provide a comparable current iMac model of equal or greater value. Configuration and color are chosen by Mr. Pen. Ships to a US address.

ARV: about $1,300–$1,500, depending on the model available. Cash alternative: $1,500.

A trip for the winner plus up to 3 guests (4 people total). The prize includes:

• 4 nights at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort (one standard room), booked by Mr. Pen
• 3-day Park Hopper tickets for each of the 4 travelers, booked by Mr. Pen
• A $1,600 Disney gift card for food
• Travel: the winner books their own flights and is reimbursed up to $600 per traveler for round-trip airfare (up to $2,400 total) with receipts, or receives a flat $1,000 driving reimbursement

The trip must be taken by July 31, 2028. Travel dates are subject to hotel and ticket availability at the time of booking; please give Mr. Pen your preferred dates at least 60 days before travel. Guests under 18 must travel with their parent or legal guardian.

Not included: ground transportation, travel insurance, gratuities, incidentals, food beyond the gift card, and any other expenses. Unused portions of the prize have no cash value.

ARV: about $7,400 (hotel about $1,300, park tickets about $2,200, $1,600 Disney gift card, airfare reimbursement up to $2,400), or about $6,000 with the driving reimbursement. Actual value varies with travel dates; any difference between the ARV and the actual value will not be awarded. Cash alternative: $5,000.

Email affiliates@mrpen.com between February 1, 2027 and February 10, 2027 at 11:59 PM PT. Include your TikTok handle, your full name, your estimated GMV, and for each tier with a cash option, whether you want the prize or the cash. For the $1.5K samples, you can email as soon as you reach the target during the Contest Period.

Mr. Pen will verify your GMV in Seller Center and reply to confirm your prizes. Claims received after February 10, 2027 at 11:59 PM PT, or winners who do not respond to Mr. Pen within 14 days of a follow-up message, forfeit their prizes.

Where a cash alternative is chosen, it is paid by bank transfer (ACH) to a US bank account in the winner's name within 30 days after Mr. Pen confirms the GMV and receives a completed Form W-9. Reimbursements for airfare or driving are paid the same way.

Winners must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before any prize, cash or reimbursement is delivered. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on prizes and cash received. Mr. Pen will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law.

Prizes are non-transferable. Other than the stated cash alternatives, no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed, except that Mr. Pen may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Approximate retail values (ARVs) are good-faith estimates in US dollars as of October 2026.

Mr. Pen may disqualify any participant who tampers with the Contest, manipulates GMV, violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or TikTok Shop policies, or acts in an abusive or fraudulent way. Mr. Pen may modify, suspend or cancel the Contest if it cannot run as planned, and will post any changes on this page.

By taking part, you agree to these terms and to Mr. Pen's decisions, which are final. Winners may be asked to sign a declaration of eligibility and liability release before receiving travel prizes. Mr. Pen is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations or events outside its control.

Unless prohibited by law, winners agree that Mr. Pen may use their TikTok handle and the fact that they won in Contest announcements, without further payment.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
